The service
Labware Tower provides AI-assisted agents, workflows, stored work products, and collaboration tools. Features, limits, and availability may change as the service develops.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Do not break the law, harm people, invade privacy, bypass security, distribute malware, infringe rights, extract secrets, or access another tenant's data.
AI-assisted output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions.
Content and service materials
You retain rights you hold in submitted content and authorize its processing to provide and secure the service. Labware software, branding, interfaces, and documentation remain protected by applicable law.
Billing and termination
Prices, renewals, taxes, cancellation, and refund eligibility must be shown before purchase. Access may be limited to address security, abuse, law, non-payment, or material breach.
Terms requiring counsel
Final warranties, liability cap, indemnity, governing law, venue, disputes, consumer rights, and contracting-entity details remain intentionally unset.
