Data collected
The service may process account email, password hash, session and security data, prompts, messages, agent interactions, tasks, artifacts, usage records, billing references, administrative activity, support requests, and technical logs.
Uses and legal bases
Data is used to provide and secure accounts, run requested AI workflows, store work, measure limits, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and comply with law. Final legal bases will be documented for each purpose.
AI and service providers
Prompts and relevant context may be sent to configured AI providers. Expected service categories include hosting, storage, billing, AI inference, monitoring, and optional automation. The final subprocessor list must confirm actual vendors, settings, regions, and retention.
Sharing and sale
Personal data is not sold as part of the service. It may be shared with processors, at your direction, during a lawful transaction, or when required for rights, safety, and legal compliance.
Retention, deletion, and transfers
Data should be kept only as needed. Exact periods, backup deletion windows, hosting regions, and international-transfer safeguards remain to be finalized.
Your rights
Depending on location, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal, or appeal. A verified request channel must be established before launch.
Children, security, and contact
The minimum age and business-only scope remain undecided. Safeguards reduce but cannot eliminate risk. Controller identity, address, privacy contact, and representative details remain to be confirmed.
